Custom one-to-one training

Sometimes training can get overlooked.  Many people are self taught, picking things up as they go along, finding out on the internet or reading a good book.  It’s become an assumption that everyone knows how to use a word processor or compile email.  Most will get by but if you need to use a particular package or you have become the unofficial office oracle then you may need to look at getting some proper training.

ISS offer on-site training on a one to one or one to many basis in most PC packages including:

• Word
• Excel
• Act
• Access
• Lotus notes

Working closely with you, we will provide customised training geared to address the specific needs of your business.  From creating simple letters to stylish publications, complex accounting spreadsheets to databases for powerful data management. Training is designed for beginners to intermediate users, and is presented in an easy to digest format.

Our trainer is more than a computer software expert, she comes from a commercial background and understands the needs, and skills required in a demanding business environment.

After training we will send you a set of comprehensive notes, tailored specifically to your company.  They will be in full colour with step by step illustrations throughout and serve as invaluable after-training back-up for every package that is taught.
